Great location adjacent to Newport Marina and Black Friday, restaurants within walking distance and center of beautiful Newport, I felt safe. The breakfast available was free with gluten free options and freshly baked cookies in the afternoon...
The setting was bad.

location on the water, room #15 had a great view and hotel is convenient to all harbor activities. Building is old so no elevator is present and room was on 3rd floor. Help was available to bring luggage to room. We will return if we visit Newport again.

The staff were all so friendly. Drew was full of information and very social and very pleasant. The breakfasts were delicious! The room we stayed in (Rm. 16) and dining room were awesome - a beautiful view! We felt very comfortable. If we visit Newport again, we will be back!
No complaints!

We explored the local shops and hit up some amazing seafood spots. The location was perfect for walking, our room was spacious and clean with comfy beds.
One downside was the small bathroom sink. It was hard to find space for our stuff when getting ready.

The rooms were bright and luxurious, included a balcony, a couch and coffee. This hotel had a central position perfect to easily walk to most attractions in the area. The private parking was on-site, excellent service.

Location was great! Staff was friendly! Breakfast was good!
Room 11 was average...bed hard...blankets not cozy at all...TV remote only control cable box...not TV volume or on/off. Water view mostly blocked. Construction noise at 8am. Other stays and rooms in past better!

Charming, Charming, Charming
The waterfront suite had fine views of the harbor and Newport Bridge! Every evening, the complimentary wine and cheese hour became the highlight of our day. Plus, those freshly baked cookies in the afternoon? Pure bliss!

The position is strategic if you want to visit Washington and Baltimore. The staff is kindly and the breakfast is more than sufficient.
The towels are small.

The location is perfect...right on the water and close to everything! The staff are very accommodating and friendly :-)
For the amount you pay the breakfast was pretty cheap. We stayed at another hotel in the same week that was $100 cheaper and had an amazing breakfast. The comforter on the bed was not very comfortable either- it felt like sandpaper :-(

Perfect getaway with a view!
We had an amazing anniversary weekend! The balcony room was awesome, overlooking the pier. Our suite was super comfy with a king bed and a couch. The daily cookies were to die for! Otherwise, it was all 👌.

Location Location Location. It is a great spot in downtown Newport. We had lots of resturants and events just a walk away. Also, we took the car for a great ride around the ocean drive and stopped to tour the Redwood Library. The staff were very pleasant and the complimary breakfast was very good. Great Coffee... :)
